• No guarantee: Availability, pricing, and delivery timelines depend on the specific request and may be revised after review.
• Project agreement: A project may be confirmed via email or other written communication reflecting the agreed requirements, deliverables, fees, and schedule.

3. Request Information and Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your request. You are responsible for obtaining rights and permissions for materials you submit or instruct us to use (including music, images, and video footage).

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or services to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights;
• upload or transmit malicious code;

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our tools, templates, know-how, and any pre-existing components.
• Deliverables: ownership and license terms for final deliverables will be addressed in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or a project will be limited to the fees paid by you for the applicable project in the period giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). For marketing communications and lead capture, we provide disclosures consistent with the purpose of use and handle any sharing/provision of personal data in compliance with APPI.
